This is a collection of my best tried and true recommendations for getting the most out of your psychedelic experiences. And perhaps more importantly the guide that can prepare you well for both a private exploration and one facilitated for you by a trusted facilitator.

Here’s the deal….you don’t actually need anything fancy. You just need an open heart and some preparation to clear the space for you to truly enjoy and be available for the experience.  

The mission behind Elevated Experience is to create expriences, events and environments for you to expand your mind, be inspired and live with childlike wonder and awe of infinite possibilities for your life. 

I’ve written this guide from the perspective of my 20+ years of exploring psychedelic experiences, and my 18yrs of facilitating. My very first trip was in Amsterdam and I experienced the magic of psychedelics for the first time in the Van Gogh Museum. That experience set the tone of the Elevated Experiences I stand by today.
